Cancellations received on or before Wednesday 20th February 2019 in accordance with this Cancellation Policy will be eligible for a refund of the Conference Fee, less $70 due to a Processing Fee (“Processing Fee”). Any cancellations received after Wednesday 20th February 2019 are not eligible for a refund of any Conference Fees. Cancellations must be submitted via email to TLC Event Headquarters at firstname.lastname@example.org. Phone cancellations will not be accepted. There are no exceptions to this Cancellation Policy.
Refunds will be provided based on type of payment received for the Conference Fee; credit card refunds will be processed within approximately three (3) business days and cash refunds within approximately ten (10) business days.
Blackboard reserves the right to cancel any event related programme and assumes no responsibility for any personal expenses incurred by any attendee in connection with such cancellation.
